owned foreclosed home. Though the bank is not likely to make repairs to
the home, there may be hidden defects costing thousands of dollars that
will only be revealed during a home inspection. These costs could then
impact the savings you may be receiving from the low, devalued market price
from the bank. Ideally then, this inspection would give you, the home-buyer,
a much better understanding of the condition of the home and put you in
